At ICBC, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Confidential Administrative Assistant supporting our Human Resources

Associate Directors.

As the Confidential Administrative Assistant, you will enjoy being part of a team of dedicated professionals, working

collaboratively on various projects and initiatives that will contribute to ICBC's purpose to "move all forward". The day-to-day

responsibilities of the role will be to look after all administrative aspects to support the HR Senior Leadership team. This

includes, but is not limited to administrative tasks, calendar management, file management, preparing a variety of confidential

documents, reports and presentations, coordinating meeting agendas, submitting expenses, assisting with budgeting and the

ongoing review of expenditures, liaising with various departments and stakeholders, and other organizational tasks, projects and

initiatives as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support positions to senior leader(s)
  • Strong timemanagement skills to manage multiple calendars and plan meetings and activities
  • Demonstrated experience with file management systems and attention to detail regarding timelines
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates sound judgement in being proactive and taking initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to exercise tact and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a project. Focused on continuous improvement and identifying ways to add
value.

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams an asset.
