We are looking for a

Consultant

Database Specialist to join the Proposal and Database Team. If you enjoy learning about different investment products, find it exciting to win new business, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then consider joining our team. You will be part of a group of energetic, social individuals who work as a team and want to succeed

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include:

Establish and conduct an audit program to periodically review the accuracy of information appearing on databases.
Review existing processes for supporting databases and make recommendations to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
Complete surveys and questionnaires from clients, prospects, consultants and other external audiences.
Assist with preparing and maintaining various reports and files required to support the database process.

What You Bring

Degree in Finance or similar and a genuine interest in the investment industry.
23 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success
Time management, project management and attention to detail are some of the skills required to be successful in this role
Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate yourself clearly and work well with others to resolve complex issues
Strong team player and committed to contributing and supporting a team of likeminded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
Possess a positive attitude and be an enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
