Position Overview:
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in our facilities. This role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and sanitary workspace.

Please find the key responsibilities of the Cleaner as follows:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize all designated areas within the manufacturing facility. This includes but is not limited to floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.
Perform regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing of floors to uphold cleanliness standards and contribute to a safe working environment.
Pay special attention to hightraffic areas to ensure they are consistently wellmaintained.
Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility and replace liners on a regular and timely basis.
Ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with environmental regulations and facility policies.
Regularly inspect and restock cleaning supplies to ensure that all necessary items are readily available for use.
Monitor inventory levels and promptly report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, walls, machines, and equipment, to maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the facility.
Address any stains or marks promptly to prevent longterm damage.
Keep an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
Provide regular reports on inventory status, highlighting any trends or issues that may impact the cleaning process.
Strictly adhere to established guidelines and protocols for cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that industry best practices are followed consistently.
Stay updated on any changes or updates to cleaning procedures and incorporate them into daily routines.
Practice environmentally friendly and sustainable cleaning routines wherever possible, minimizing the use of harsh chemicals and promoting ecofriendly alternatives.
Stay informed about and implement industryleading green cleaning practices.
Effectively communicate any maintenance or repair needs discovered during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with other staff members to address facilitywide cleanliness and maintenance concerns.
Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
Ability to follow established cleaning protocols and industry best practices.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Basic understanding of inventory management and the ability to report shortages.
Awareness of sustainable and environmentally friendly cleaning practices.
Effective communication skills to report maintenance or repair needs to relevant personnel.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting and moving objects.
Flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning requirements and schedules.
