Responsibilities:


  • Receive and check the item condition.
  • Prepare accurate correspondence.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle details of shipping arrangements.
  • Handle details of bookkeeping and billing.
  • Obtain and verify information from vendors, customers, and staff.
  • Update filing systems.
  • Process documents for payment and filing.

Salary:
$17.25-$31.67 per hour
