    Description
    HYBRID position at Toronto, Ontario

    Must haves:

    • Superior Knowledge of MS analytical products focusing on Excel and data validation
    • Experience with SQL databases
    • Data cleaning, transforming, and joining expertise
    • Creating and implementing data standards experience
    • Familiarity with dimensional data models
    • Statistical modeling using R and integration with Microsoft Power BI
    • Building visualizations in R Shiny, SAS, Python, Esri/ArcGIS, Microsoft PowerBI, PowerViewer, Cognos

    Power BI and Analytics Experience

    • Development of business intelligence and analytics resources
    • Data cleaning, transforming, integrating, and visualizing experience
    • Understanding data models
    • Creation of interactive visuals

    Communication Skills

    • Documentation development on data standardization and requirements
    • Consulting and relationship management skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences
    • Team player meeting deadlines consistently

    OPS Experience

    • Previous public sector experience in a similar organization
