Summary:

Role and Responsibilities:

Analyze customer requirements and deliver MRO/day to day products and solutions for compressor control, engine ignition controls, instrumentation, and other control equipment
Collaborate with customers and Engine and Compression Solutions principals to meet the customer's expectations on "best fit" product performance, price and delivery
Prepare comprehensive bid responses, proposals, and documentation packages
Deliver ongoing product lifecycle support, including spare parts or service offerings
Stay updated on product line modifications and technical specifications
Support sales and operational initiatives
Participate in our 7/24 first oncall rotation

Qualifications and Skills:

Engineering degree or Technologist/Journeyman certification
Previous sales and/or field experience is advantageous
Knowledge of rotating/reciprocating equipment controls and automation
Experience with process instrumentation, natural gas engine ignition/control systems, or condition monitoring is beneficial
Demonstrated customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Selfmotivated and innovative
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Entrepreneurial work ethic
