Summary:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and deliver MRO/day to day products and solutions for compressor control, engine ignition controls, instrumentation, and other control equipment
- Collaborate with customers and Engine and Compression Solutions principals to meet the customer's expectations on "best fit" product performance, price and delivery
- Prepare comprehensive bid responses, proposals, and documentation packages
- Deliver ongoing product lifecycle support, including spare parts or service offerings
- Stay updated on product line modifications and technical specifications
- Support sales and operational initiatives
- Participate in our 7/24 first oncall rotation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Engineering degree or Technologist/Journeyman certification
- Previous sales and/or field experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of rotating/reciprocating equipment controls and automation
- Experience with process instrumentation, natural gas engine ignition/control systems, or condition monitoring is beneficial
- Demonstrated customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Selfmotivated and innovative
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial work ethic
