Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern based at our North York Location for the months of May to August 2023.
This role will be responsible for building reports and dashboards, execute data preparation and analysis, support Nestle Professional competitive analysis and supporting analytical initiatives to drive innovation throughout Nestle Professional.
A day in the life of a Marketing Intern
As a Marketing Analytics Intern you will be working on various projects to improve the Nestle Professional marketing insight tools.
You will have a proactive mindset to analyze business needs and recommend data analytics solutions and participate in meetings and requirement gathering sessions to support the reporting and analytics requirements.
What will make you successful?
You will also:
- Be actively enrolled within a MSc Business Analytics program
- Involvement in extracurricular activities which demonstrate initiative and leadership.
- Experience with Digital marketing strategy is an asset.
- Results and detailoriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive creative thinker who can generate new ideas/solutions to meet internal and external requirements.
- Ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
- Have strong interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner, and must be comfortable working within a dynamic, challenging environment.
- Strong computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Be able to showcase excellent communication and project management skills.
- Be passionate to build and grow brands, with 'cando' attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Excellent MS Office Skills (Work, PPT)
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills to present data and insights to internal stakeholders
- Experience and understanding of data visualizations and tools, such as Power BI, Tableau.
