Das erwarte Sie
Als Associate Consultant (w/m/d) im Bereich M&A können Sie das abwechslungsreiche Tagesgeschäft der Victorum Capital Inc. mitgestalten. Sie betreuen nationale und internationale M&A-Transaktionen (Sell-Side und Buy-Side) aktiv während des gesamten Prozesses. Sie sind maßgeblich für die Erstellung von Transaktionsunterlagen, Finanzmodellen und die Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen (z.B. DCF, Multiples) sowie Markt-, Unternehmens- und Wettbewerbsanalysen verantwortlich und leiten erste Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Sie planen und realisieren selbstständig Due-Diligence-Prozesse. Dabei stehen Sie im direkten Dialog mit unseren Mandanten und relevanten Mitarbeitern des jeweiligen Zielunternehmens. Weiterhin wirken Sie bei der Identifikation von Geschäftsansätzen und der Akquisition neuer Beratungsprojekte mit (z.B. Erarbeitung von Pitch-Präsentationen).
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten und mindestens 2 Jahre Transaktionserfahrung (z.B. M&A-Boutique, Investmentbank, Corporate Finance Beratung oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft). Sie zeichnen sich durch eine analytische Denkweise und einen hohen Anspruch an sich selbst aus, was auch Ihre Qualitäts- und Ergebnisorientierung kennzeichnet. Sie verstehen sich als Teamplayer und handeln lösungsorientiert und impulsgebend für den Projekterfolg. Sie beherrschen die MS-Office-Anwendungen kompetent und verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Ihr Kommunikationsstil, Ihr Handeln und Ihr Auftreten sind sicher, verlässlich und von hoher Integrität.
