Customer Service Administrative Assistant to assist with day-to-day operations.

The ideal professional for the role is a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, ability to work with a team as well as independently and excellent time management skills.

You should have prior experience thriving in an administrative and customer service capacity in an office environment as well as being able to work remotely.


Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay rate:
$20/hr


Six (6)months Contract

Objectives of this Role

  • Support Customer Service department staff with general administrative duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service when communicating with both internal and external customers.
  • Manage correspondence with customers.
  • Maintain daily document processing

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet visitors to our facility, answer, and direct phone calls promptly.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as gathering and scanning paperwork, and sorting and distributing incoming mail.
  • Provide customer service support.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Proven administrative and customer service experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong timemanagement skills and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
