Your Role:

A Mechanical Designer directly supports the Mechanical Engineering Department in Nuclear projects. Responsibilities include creating 3D models, design drawings, and collaborating closely with design engineers.

Responsibilities:

Develop 3D models of mechanical systems in green and brown field applications;
Prepare design drawings following company and client standards;
Enhance drafting skills and mechanical design knowledge actively.

Qualifications:

2+ years of mechanical design/drafting experience in a consulting environment;
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field;
Proficiency in AutoCAD required;
Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D, CADWorx, and Revit beneficial;
Knowledge in 3D scanning and point cloud models advantageous;
Piping design experience a plus;
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills;
Willingness to learn new skills and fieldwork as needed.
