    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts
    payable/receivable, payroll processing, and reconciliations.

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting
    principles and regulatory requirements.

    • Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective
    measures as needed.

    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize
    financial efficiency.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
    • Thorough understanding of Canadian accounting principles and regulations.
    • CPA designation or working towards certification is preferred.
