Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will work alongside top Account Managers and Security Professionals to manage full cycle recruitment for the Toronto region.

What does a Talent Acquisition Advisor at GardaWorld do?

Actively participate in discussions related to open roles and gain a clear understanding of specific requirements
Build applicant pipeline using a variety of channels including ATS applicants, referrals, job boards, and social media
Schedule and conduct face to face interviews to determine job fit, communication skills and schedule availability
Host hiring events to discuss GardaWorld careers
Ensure that all new hires complete online onboarding and confirm all documents are complete and signed
Maintain ISO compliance
Partner with the Scheduling department to identify a suitable work schedule for the new hires
Collaborate with the Uniform Department to ensure guards are suited up professionally and with all protective equipment
