- Greet and assist visitors, couriers, and vendors arriving at the head office.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and courier shipments.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock, and ensure common areas remain organized.

- Liaise with building management for maintenance requests, access cards, or facility‑related needs.
