Fall Law Intern

Temporary position (approximately 4 months)

Job Summary

Specifically, the intern has the opportunity to:

Draft memos, briefing notes and other documents
Conduct legal research and analyze legislation, policy and case law
Conduct research on current events that impact the securities industry
Gather and analyze market data
Review and summarize comment letters the commission receives about rule proposals
