We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our team.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and executing product plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Your expertise in research methodologies, strong leadership skills, and exceptional communication abilities will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet user requirements.


Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects on our SAAS platform catering to brain imaging and behavioral research.

Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with our research community stakeholders.

Product Planning and Execution:


  • Develop product plans define product vision, goals, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed product roadmaps, prioritize features and functionalities, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely product releases. \
  • Coordinate and lead crossfunctional teams, ensuring collaboration and adherence to project milestones and objectives.
  • Manage product risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and users.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure effective alignment with product capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on productrelated matters.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Testing:


  • Ensure that the product meets highquality standards and is aligned with user requirements.
  • Develop and implement robust testing plans to validate product functionalities, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

Resource Management:


  • Manage product resources effectively, including personnel, budgets, and equipment.
  • Identify resource needs and work with management to ensure adequate availability and allocation.
  • Monitor and control product budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate product documentation, including product plans, status reports, and change requests.
  • Generate regular progress reports, highlighting product achievements, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct postlaunch evaluations, capturing lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, or related disciplines).
  • A Master's or PhD is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Experience in managing complex products with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and processes in the relevant field.
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) are highly desirable.
