  • About the role


Reporting to the Manager, CEO Office & Organization Administration, the Executive Assistant, Organization Administration will provide executive administrative support to the assigned executive(s) and/or director(s).


The Executive Assistant, Organization Administration will also be a key member of the Organization Administration Team, including attending and contributing to the daily and monthly team meetings; working collaboratively with team members; sharing knowledge; and promoting a positive culture within the team.


  • What You'll Do

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing executive administrative support to the assigned executive(s) and/or director(s);
  • Organizing and coordinating the flow of information for the assigned executive(s) and/or director(s), proactively managing all meeting files and associated documents;
  • Providing administrative support to associated teams and departments as required;
  • Liaising with all levels of management and employees, as well as external stakeholders and members with professionalism and confidence;
  • Recognizing opportunities for improving operational efficiency, anticipating the administrative support needs of the department, and developing and implementing procedures accordingly.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Postsecondary education in a related field, or a combination of education, training and experience;
  • Minimum of 35 years of progressive executive administrative experience with experience in supporting senior level executive(s) and/or director(s);
  • Valid criminal record check or eligibility to obtain;
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
  • Salary Range

Based on qualifications and experience:
$53,126 and $66,40- Payments Meets Purpose - What you can expect from us

  • Flexible hybrid (remote/office) environment;

$53,126.00-$66,408.00 per year
