Job description

Modify, repair, install, maintain, improve and troubleshoot paper cup and

- packaging machines and other production equipment including printers, baggers,
- paper winders, labelers, printing cylinders, conveyors, packaging machines,
- balers, etc. under the supervision of the Plant Maintenance Supervisor.

Perform machine setup, adjustment and tooling changeovers
Ensures operation of all production equipment by completing preventive

- maintenance and repairs on motors, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and highspeed packaging machines, following drawings, diagrams, manuals,
- manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications and Plant Maintenance

Supervisor's instructions.
Responsible for maintaining equipment in a safe working condition; maintaining

- machine fluid level, lubricating necessary parts, changing worn out or damaged
- parts,

Maintain an inventory of spare and critical parts to minimize equipment downtime
Ability to react quickly to equipment downtime, troubleshoot and fix issues with a

- sense of urgency to meet production requirements

Salary:
$24.00-$26.00 per hour
