Qualifications:

Job Duties:

Conduct, create and monitor ITP's (Inspection and Test Plans) to be in conformance with project scope, specification, drawings, applicable codes and standards
Implement and enforce quality assurance process and procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes and regulations.
Conduct inspections of mechanical systems, components, and equipment to verify conformity with design, specifications, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation, including drawings, manuals, test records, and inspection reports.
Oversee and participate in the testing and commissioning process of mechanical systems, ensuring proper functioning and performance.
Identify and address nonconforming work, coordinating with responsible parties to resolve issues and ensure proper corrective actions are taken.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and costsaving measures within the quality management system.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met and project requirements are fulfilled.
Assist in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality requirements and assist in addressing identified gaps or areas for improvement.
Communicate with regulators such as TSSA, ISO and CWB.
Promote and support a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
