Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada. Our integrated roof, wall, and floor systems offer proven quality and provide a great deal of benefit and value.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and work with their team to assemble wood components into structural panels used in construction projects.

Ensure the company's safety measures and quality standards are always met.

Meet or exceed production targets and help maintain equipment upkeep.

Communicates information and priorities to the team and ensures they have the directions and tools needed to complete their tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a builder or in the construction field.

Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.

High attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and strong communication skills.

Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.

Computer skills are considered an asset.

Supervisory experience is an asset.

Mechanical background is considered an asset.
