Who we are looking for


VOLO is currently seeking an HR Coordinator for our operations Supporting the VP of Commercial Strategy and Operations, the HR Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations.

This role is instrumental in implementing processes and procedures and contributing to our company culture.


The coordinator is responsible for supporting with admin tasks and projects; managing the new hire and leavers processes; being the first point of contact for employees; creating contracts and extensions as well as database management; and coordination for the department.

This position will require the ability to adapt to the needs of the department.


What you will be doing

  • First point of contact for employees on HR queries
  • Responsible for the new hire and leavers processes
  • Maintain employee files and prepare HR documents
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and drafting employment contracts etc.
  • Assist with HR projects, initiatives and social functions
What you bring to the team

  • Experience in an HR capacity is not required, but passion for all things HR is
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in highvolume role
  • Accountability for duties and own your mistakes, we all make them
  • Ability to learn from mistakes and reflect to ensure continuous improvement
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • An understanding of database management
  • Experience working in a fastpaced work environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing demands and deadlines and maintain composure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, treating everyone with the utmost respect
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Can do attitude with the mindset that no job is too big or too small

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
