Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in fostering customer relationships, managing sales processes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our top-quality products.

Your Role:

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, offering detailed insights and guidance on our products and services.
• Quickly generate and deliver precise quotes, enhancing our trust and reliability in the eyes of our customers.
• Take charge of the order process from intake through to delivery, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency at every stage.
• Ensure seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and our production team to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery.
• Establish yourself as a product expert within Metler, supporting both customers and colleagues.
• Accurately manage invoicing activities, facilitating prompt and clear financial transactions.

You Bring:

• Exceptional time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A commitment to quality, teamwork, and contributing positively to our team dynamic.

Nice to Have:

• Handson experience in carpentry or sheet metal work.
• Familiarity with business software.
• Knowledge of steel roofing and cladding systems, including the properties of materials like steel, paint, and finishes.
• Experience in communicating design concepts through scale drawings and blueprints.
