- You will utilize your expertise to prepare and cook menu items and customize customers' orders to accommodate food sensitivities
- You're an important part of quality assurance by following instructions and presentation specifications, and having ingredients properly dated and organized
- You will work closely with the management teams as well as the team members in both the Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Passion, experience, and knowledge of various types of sushi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef required
- Proficient in the art of sushi preparation, excellent knife skills, fish butchery, and rolling techniques
- Strong leadership skills, and ability to train and lead team members
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
