The
Premium Client Services and Group Sales Intern(s) will assist in the development of professional relationships and provide customer service to Suite Owners and Premium Seat Clients of Senators Sports & Entertainment.

Responsible for retaining an outstanding level of client service within our premium services department.

This is a full-time internship placement from
January - April 2023. This role will be required to report on-site to the Canadian Tire Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate ticket delivery and processing for multiple Premium client accounts
Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of client events
Assist with maintaining and coordinating key client files, correspondence, contact lists and client databases
Research and make recommendations to improve suites program
Promote a sales and service culture within team that maximizes sales, raving fan initiative, service and retention of suite holders and Premium seat Owners
Assist with VIP experiences on game nights
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-
Must be currently enrolled in a University Degree or College Diploma program
requiring completion of an internship for credit:

Strong communications and research skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e., SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Customer service experience
Have own transportation
Flexible work hours required (Ability to work evenings, weekends and game nights as required)
Bilingualism is considered an asset
