### Job Overview:

We are seeking a general labourer to join our team. You will be responsible for jobsite prep work.

This will include general labour duties like moving gravel or lumber, as well as assisting in installation of helical piles on jobsites.

This is a physically demanding role that requires expertise in operating heavy machinery and working in challenging environments.

## Duties:

Operate pile driving equipment to drive and install helical piles into the ground
Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate pile placement
Inspect and maintain pile driving equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Coordinate with other construction workers to ensure proper alignment and positioning of piles
Assist in the preparation of work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks on piles, such as repairing or replacing damaged sections

## Qualifications:

Proven experience as a reliable member in similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping tools
Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions
