Responsibilities

Analyze campaign performance and develop recommendations to optimize future campaigns

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Certification as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or above required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer, preferably in a fastpaced, datadriven environment
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
