Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Representative - Immediate/Full Time/Permanent
Link Product Solutions is one of Canada's leading Distributor of Consumer Products to major retailers worldwide.

Based at our head office located in Vaughan, Ontario, we are currently recruiting a full time, permanent Accounts Receivable Representative to join our growing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Posting of daily cash including postdated cheques
  • Taking customer phone payments and resolving discrepancies
  • Balancing cash journal at the end of the day & closing the credit card batch
  • Answering Customer Service calls and Order entry
  • Calling cash in advance customers for payments prior to preparing their orders
  • CAD and US account set up for web login access
  • Working with EDI compliant major customers
  • Coordinating with the warehouse for pickup orders; carriers for shipment/delivery updates

Qualification

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable process
  • Ability to work in a timely and organized manner with attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong ability to communicate both orally and in writing

$48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
