Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely).

Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 2 days a week, while spending the other 3 days in the office.

Provide great service, specific expertise and actionable advice to support Associate-Owners and their staff in delivering the best health, beauty and convenience services to Canadians.

Why this role is important?


We are hiring a Co-Op Student to support various functions and programs being managed by the Digital Health Team at Shoppers Drug Mart.

The Co-Op Student will support multiple workstreams to successfully deliver customer facing digital health and wellness solutions for the _PC Health_ app and \.

You will gain experience and exposure to the creation, development and implementation of digital engagement strategies, as well as the operational support required to manage these business processes.

You will be joining an entrepreneurial and motivated team working to transform the digital healthcare experience in Canada


What You'll Do:

  • Gain experiential education in the development and implementation of digital health & wellness engagement
  • Help manage the creation of digital product strategies and execution
  • Support the communications and marketing strategy for the digital health team, working collaboratively with external strategic partners, as well as internal marketing and PR teams
  • Manage ongoing data analytics to present key metrics and insights to inform an evolving product roadmap and monitor operational success
  • Manage and monitor technical incidents and escalate where required facilitating discussions across internal and external teams
  • Maintain and update enterprise content for the digital health and wellness platforms
  • Ensure project documentation is kept up to date and followed
  • Continuously learn and research on digital healthcare innovation, as well as relevant regulatory and industry developments
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to manage required financial reporting
  • Support the execution and project management of new initiatives
  • Use superior PowerPoint and written communication skills to create presentations and documents that captivate key stakeholders and communicate detailed technical information in a digestible format

What You'll Need:

  • Enrolled in postsecondary education, preferably with a healthcare and/or business background
  • Strong computer skills required in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Strong interest in digital engagement
  • Highly organized, with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple crossfunctional teams
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to analyze quantitative data sets strongly valued)
