Description

Responsible for equipment and warehouse maintenance and fulfillment of client equipment and supply orders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures proper rotation and maintenance of inventory.
Assists with purchasing process as required.
Performs general housekeeping duties in the warehouse.
Gathers supplies/equipment for patient orders in preparation for shipment/delivery and performs quality assurance checks to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
Maintains professional appearance and attitude and serves as a liaison between the patient and other individuals encountered within the scope of employment.
Assists with inventory control, including receiving, stocking and record keeping.
Participates in quality assurance activities as directed.
Receives incoming shipments via UPS, Federal Express, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Assemble, label and provide supplies kits as required under specific contracts.
Maintain freezer packs in sufficient quantity and quality to ensure temperature controlled shipping.

Job Qualification

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Ability to organize workload for efficient use of time. Ability to function independently.
