About the job:
What you will do:
- Create and implement account plans to ensure that short and longterm revenue goals are met
- Develop and close sustainable booking across technologies
- Accurately forecast and close sales in alignment with company goals
- Understand customer business challenges and demonstrate how to solve them using Red Hat's solutions and services
- Find new opportunities within your assigned territory
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of sales experience; experience in the software or IT industry calling on public sector clients in Quebec with a demonstrated record of success is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in the Canadian Federal market
- Thorough understanding of complete sales cycle management from prospect to close
- Excellent communication skills; language skills in English and French are a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferably in business, marketing, or other technical discipline
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and ability to work without direct supervision
- Familiarity with middleware and Linuxrelated solutions sales cycles is a plus
