Inside Sales Executive
At CPOS, our team is on a mission to level the playing field for small businesses.

We take pride in knowing our technology helps small businesses streamline their point of sale, online and in-store payment systems, and we are looking for new team members to help us achieve this goal Small businesses create jobs, support communities, and encourage local culture, and CPOS exists to empower them to operate more efficiently, grow their business, and ultimately compete more effectively.

Right now, we are loading up our rocket ship and are looking for Inside Sales Executives

to join us as we take flight. Our SMART Small Business System is very popular with our current merchants, and are hiring some serious sales superstars to get it into the hands of more business owners.


We know that rockstar Inside Sales Executives aren't easy to come by, which is why CPOS offers a competitive base salary, commissions and equity for our team members who challenge themselves while helping out small businesses at the same time.

Our office also has team monthly events, a dog named Dallas, home-baked bread and a strong culture of camaraderie to get involved in.

In this role, you will be working out of our Ottawa office alongside the rest of the sales team, taking leads generated by our marketing manager and closing them over the phone.


Here are a few things that will set you apart:

  • Experience selling in similar types of B2B direct selling industries, such as insurance and telecommunications.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to interact with people and build a network of customers.
  • Prospecting expert (or willing to learn).
  • Open to new ideas, methods and perspective.
  • Teamoriented peer for the right individuals, there are opportunities to advance into sales lead positions as we grow.
  • Willing to be coached and learn both our product and how our team sells.
  • Fluency in other languages is an asset, but not a requirement.
