- Develop and maintain the quality management system for the manufacturing site and repair center in accordance with the requirements of Transport Canada RACs 561, 571 and 573 and other relevant regulations.
- Actively participate in obtaining and maintaining the necessary certifications to operate under TCCA standards
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to integrate quality assurance best practices into all phases of avionics product development and manufacturing.
- Identify, document and resolve non-conformance issues and potential failures in quality processes
- Train and raise awareness of avionics-related quality and safety requirements, promoting a quality culture within the company.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies on all matters relating to certification and quality
- Write and maintain the technical documentation required for certification and quality audits
- Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, avionics or related field
- 5+ years' experience in quality assurance in the aeronautical sector, ideally with avionics experience
- In-depth knowledge of TCCA standards and regulations and other relevant international standards
- Proven experience in managing the certification of products and/or sites under TCCA standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team and to lead cross-functional projects with several departments
- Advanced problem-solving and risk management skills
- French and English (oral and written), given various communications with international entities @@@@@

- Rédiger et maintenir à jour la documentation technique nécessaire pour la certification et les audits de qualité
- Baccalauréat en génie aéronautique, avionique ou domaine connexe
- 5+ années d'expérience en assurance qualité dans le secteur aéronautique, idéalement avec une expérience en avionique
- Connaissance approfondie des normes et réglementations du TCCA et autres standards internationaux pertinents
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de la certification de produits et/ou de sites sous les normes du TCCA
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à mener des projets transversaux avec plusieurs départements
- Compétences avancées en résolution de problèmes et en gestion de risques
- Français et anglais (oral et écrit), étant donné diverses communications avec des entités internationales
