    Your Role:

    To manage accounting, reporting, and financing for our diverse projects, you will be part of the Asset and Financial Management team at Pomerleau Capital. You will work on two major design-build-finance projects under construction and report to the Senior Manager Finance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage communications with design-builder and lenders
    • Handle project financing activities
    • Provide accounting and administrative services
    • Prepare financial statements and reports
    • Manage the audit process and tax documentation
    • Perform additional duties as needed

    Your Skills:

    • 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
    • Bilingual in French and English
    • CPA designation is an asset
    • Strong business acumen
    • Ability to understand and manage contractual agreements
    • Excellent relationship-building skills
    • Self-motivated team player
    • Minimal travel may be required
