    • We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to fill our Senior Human Resources Advisor position.

    Description:

    The Senior Advisor, Human Resources Business Partnerships (HRBP) is responsible for overseeing human resources processes, solutions, and services in alignment with AHS provincial strategies and organizational goals. This role involves leading large-scale projects, refining human resources policies, and supporting the people-focused approach of AHS & APL.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience in a complex environment.
    • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and insight.
    Additional Required Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated influence, credibility, and ability to navigate politically sensitive environments.
    • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and building relationships at all levels of an organization.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and leading change.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Background in healthcare or public sector.
    • Experience in unionized environments and project management.
    • Proficiency in coaching and mentoring individuals.
