    Senior Insurance Advisor

    Location: Calgary (East Village), AB

    As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will educate clients about insurance products, nurture client relationships, and help enhance our presence in the local community. You will also handle complex insurance cases and support team members in reaching their full potential.

    What we look for in You:
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets
    • Natural talent for building genuine client connections
    • Exceptional time management skills with a focus on confidentiality
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
    • Possession of an Insurance Broker Level 2 license, working towards CAIB/CIP
    Your responsibilities once onboarded:
    • Collaborate with clients to address complex business challenges by understanding their requirements and offering solutions based on underwriting principles
    • Provide excellent customer service and prioritize client relationship management by actively addressing queries and concerns
    • Work alongside a supportive team to achieve organizational objectives
