We currently have an opportunity for a
Technical Business Analyst.

Working from your home office somewhere in Western Canada, you will be responsible for the implementation of technical business projects and solutions.

You will act as a bridge between business and technical (software) teams by translating business requirements into technology-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and any other technical platforms within the organization.
You will configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers
You will conduct system analysis, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize performance of the ERP and other internal platforms
In collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, you will design and implement integrations between multiple internal/external business systems
By staying uptodate with industry trends and advancements in ERP technologies, you will ensure our systems remain current and aligned with best practices
You will assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of program implementations

We'd love to see:

Postsecondary education in a related field such as business analysis or computer science, combined with a min of 3 years' working experience, preferably in a software development environment
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, etc, and their integrations with other solutions
A strong understanding of information security protocols and best practices
The ability to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables related to multiple project implementations in an agile, rapidly changing environment
Working knowledge of BI tools used to extract meaningful insights from ERP data
Basic domain knowledge of one or more common ERP systems
Basic knowledge of one or more common programming languages; Python/Django preferred
