Shifts Rotation:
*Flexibility to work on a P.M shift
- Monday to Friday
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage 1015 direct reports
- Liaise with MRP's, In-Plant Technicians as well as other personnel
- Supervise Production Staff performance reviews disciplinary action day to day issues
- Quality Control
- Scheduling manufacturing in accordance with customer requirements
- Production Scheduling and Expediting of orders
- Work off Dormant and Slow moving materials
- Review Production orders + complete in a timely matter
- Manage expenses
- Identify & participate in productivity improvements
- Material handling exposure
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
- All other duties as required
- Loading trucks for next day delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of the H&S legislation ensure safe operation of all duties
- Proficient computer skills, MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, time management, decision making and communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business procedures
- Postsecondary education or equivalent experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Must be vaccinated with proof of vaccination
- Most be reliable
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
