Duties and responsibilities:

Prepare and send out customer invoicing along with necessary supporting documents
Prepare invoicing to CSL affiliates
Record invoice transactions to the appropriate software
Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and communicate collection status to relevant individuals
Analyze and reconcile select General Ledger accounts each month (cost recovery accounts, intercompany accounts, accounts receivable, revenue accounts and other pertinent accounts)
Ensure cash deposits are properly recorded in the accounting records
Assist with the annual audit
Accomplish other duties as assigned

Qualification and skills:

3 years or more of relevant experience
Technical degree in Administration or Accounting
Meticulous with great attention to details
Organized
Respectful of deadlines
Excellent Excel and database skills
Team player with very good interpersonal skills
Ethical and accountable
