_ Immediate and ongoing career growth._ This is an opportunity to move from a Service Representative or Account Executive position into a Client Relationship Manager role. You will be supported by your manager and given the chance to leverage your knowledge and grow your insights to succeed in this role. As we continue to grow, so will your career opportunities, including the chance to increase your business portfolio, move up to the Director level or into another area of the business.


What you will do

  • Spearhead client communications. You will create and deliver business plans for key clients and large implementations. You will deliver presentations and promotions on new products and services promotions to boost sales growth and grow the sponsor's understanding of our offerings.
  • Grow and share knowledge. You will stay up to date on our offerings, and work collaboratively with internal partners on pricing, renewals, plan changes, and administration. You will educate clients on administrative and legislative processes and requirements, such as federal and provincial legislative changes and evolving technological enhancements. You will ensure your clients are aware of changes and updates to compliance regulations.
  • Support service representatives. You will mentor service representatives, guide their work, and leverage their skills for clientfacing deliverables.

What you bring

  • The education and experience. You have your licence with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and extensive clientfacing experience in the group insurance industry. You can draw on your insights and industry expertise to make sound decisions that balance business and customer needs.
  • The interpersonal skills. You have excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence decisionmakers. You are customerfocused and can build and nurture longstanding relationships with clients, intermediaries and peers. You thrive in an independent role and as a contributing team member.
  • The project management. You are a selfstarter with the ability to manage work with limited direction and you can plan and deliver projects. You have exceptional problemsolving capabilities, thinking creatively and analytically to satisfy client demands and propose solutions.
  • The technical skills. You are highly proficient with MS Office, and you are comfortable learning and working with new technologies.
  • The flexibility. You have a valid driver's license, and you are willing and able to travel to clientfacing meetings on an asneeded basis.
