Description

Reporting to the Vice-President Revenue Management & Category Management, the Revenue & Pricing Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing customer price structures in order to achieve A.

Lassonde Inc. corporate gross contribution objectives.

He will evaluate, approve business opportunities coming from the sales and marketing team and analyze and optimize the structures and pricing strategies of the company's products.

Key activities:


  • Participate in the development of pricing strategies for brands, price points, segment and by region.
  • Develop financial tools to empower sales managers to take profitable commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate in the development of P&L.
  • Implement the pricing structure for new products based on strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze results following execution of strategic plan.
  • Maintain market equity between pricing structures, customers, channel and brand types.
  • Anticipate costs of goods evolution and make strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a resource person for other departments on various projects related to the management of pricing structures. (Marketing, Admin, Order desk, sales, etc.).
  • Assist the Revenue Management director in the establishment, negotiation and implementation of the annual sales budget.

Required training and experience:


  • BAC in business or any discipline that requires a high level of analysis.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry in departments such as Category Management, Expense Management, Marketing, Sales, etc.
  • 3 years of experience or more in market data analysis with recommendations, development of pricing structures, promotions, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (Ex. Sumif, pivots table, Vlookup).
  • Understanding of Cognos environment (C10), Nielsen and Ad Dynamics tools
  • Knowledge of customer database tools (Ex. Dunnhumby, Aimia and Precima) (an asset).

  • Communication, negotiation and synthesizing skills.
  • Ability to work well with pressure and carry out several projects simultaneously.
