Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Address customer concerns and complaints, and work to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and to follow up on any pending sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures, and with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Postsecondary education
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience is an asset
  • High levels of integrity and commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Selfmotivated with a positive and friendly attitude
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to speak an additional language is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From $18.00 per hour
