ABOUT THE ROLE
To provide administrative program and billing support to the HIV program.

To complete all scheduling coordination, reconciliation, contract agreement with third parties clinics, data management and verification activities as required by Bayshore Specialty Rx.


_Fluently bilingual in French and English considered a strong asset._

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Act as a central resource liaison for program stakeholders, which include physicians, nurses, and clinics.
  • Work with the site nurse case managers to support specific customer needs.
  • Track specific data and information for pharmaceutical companies as required in CRM
  • Identify and report AE's to Health Canada (if applicable) and enter into source system and third party systems.
  • Provide other ongoing administrative help and support to Program Manager as needed
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Conducts Vendor Qualification audits
  • Initiates and reviews Third Party Vendor Contracts
  • Completes monthly reconciliation activities.
  • Performing additional duties to include reconciliation of billing data, data entry, filing, obtaining and obtaining/organizing supporting documentation including preparation of reports, spreadsheets and dashboards as needed; ensuring monthly timelines and targets are met
  • Act as the key stakeholders for contract agreement between Bayshore HIV Program and thirdparty clinics or pharmacies.
  • Track and coordinates schedule with third party clinics (or pharmacies)
  • Monitor nursing requirements monthly to ensure alignment with best practices and regulation.
  • Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System
  • Participate in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
  • Complete other tasks as requested
  • Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or finance industry is an asset
  • At least one year of recent experience in pharmaceutical customer servicerelated role
  • Strong customer service, communication, problem solving skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized with a high attention to details
  • Bilingualism in French and English considered a strong asset
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Postsecondary education or equivalent
