What will you be doing?

Responsible for our customers experiences
Customer Service skills making sure every birthday is a special one to the guest
Setting up birthdays
Presenting menus and serving food and beverages; maintaining knowledge of all menus
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Check in with parents to ensure that party is running to their specifications.
Ensure that all birthday party rooms are stocked and clean
Assist with meal preparation as required.
Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility

What we're looking for?

Team players with great customer service.
Positive, outgoing personalities who thrive in a party environment
Previous experience working with children preferred, i.e. babysitting, camp.
Previous experience (work, volunteering) in program delivery for Children an asset but not necessary.
Experience in customer conflict resolution.

Additional Information:

This is a part-time ongoing position

Availability:
evenings and weekends.
