Description
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
- Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
- Onsite software support
- Repair of highend printers and multifunction devices
- Hardware repair and software restoration at server component level
- Network device replacement/configuration
- Basic network troubleshooting
Day-to-Day responsibilities
- Desktop support L2 troubleshooting
TOP 2 or 3 required skills
- Good communication (Written/ Verbal), Technical knowhow for L2 troubleshooting and Coordination
- 5+ years with COMPTIA+ preferred
Job Type:
Permanent
Salary:
$26.00-$29.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Desktop support: 3 years (preferred)
- Software troubleshooting: 3 years (preferred)
- Computer hardware: 3 years (preferred)
- Computer repair: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CompTIA A+ (preferred)
