Description
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals

  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
Performs a variety of complicated tasks

  • Onsite software support
  • Repair of highend printers and multifunction devices
  • Hardware repair and software restoration at server component level
  • Network device replacement/configuration
  • Basic network troubleshooting

Day-to-Day responsibilities

  • Desktop support L2 troubleshooting

TOP 2 or 3 required skills

  • Good communication (Written/ Verbal), Technical knowhow for L2 troubleshooting and Coordination
  • 5+ years with COMPTIA+ preferred

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
$26.00-$29.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Desktop support: 3 years (preferred)
  • Software troubleshooting: 3 years (preferred)
Windows Remote Desktop: 3 years (preferred)

  • Computer hardware: 3 years (preferred)
  • Computer repair: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CompTIA A+ (preferred)
