Job Title:
Team Leader for a Medical Program
Independent Counselling Enterprises (I.C.E.) is a province-wide agency that has been in operation since 1986. We offer supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are community based and strive to empower and foster independence in our clients.


Terms of Employment:
Monday to Friday Days

Location:
North Edmonton

Commitment:
One Year Required

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with daily living routines including personal care:

Performing bookkeeping duties:

-
Dealing effectively with behaviors:

Working as part of a residential team:


  • Light housekeeping duties and simple meal preparation:
-
Maintaining appropriate documentations and records:


  • This position is required to work all statutory holidays.

Qualifications:

-
Degree or diploma in rehabilitation or relevant field required:


  • Experience working with people with disabilities required:
-
Experience working with medically fragile individuals an asset:


  • Experience completing personal care an asset:
-
Experience working with mechanical lifts _

Must be flexible with schedule and able to take shifts on short notice:


  • Must have a clear Criminal Record Check & two work related references:

Vehicle,valid driver's license and 3rd party $2 million liability insurance required:


  • Valid Work Permit ( If Applicable )

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.09 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
