NAC is currently seeking a Site/Project Administrator, initially based on our Capilano Pump Station Project in North Vancouver, BC.Individuals with general administration or coordination skills, are encouraged to apply- Location:

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site/Project Administrator is an integral part of the project team, responsible for a wide variety of administration and coordination duties.
The incumbent provides high quality, timely and efficient services, including PO's, travel allowances and the submission of timesheets.- Provide a high level of administrative support to the project team
- Evaluate, prioritize and distribute correspondence accordingly
- Sourcing available rentals and furnishing, as required
- Coordinate travel, as required
- Organize and receive site deliveries
- Be the first point of contact, receiving visitors at site and addressing all inquiries
- Process and manage Purchase Orders, as well as procurement of construction materials
- Prepare timesheets and submit to the Payroll Dept., on a weekly basis
- Process monthly billing reports, as required
- Maintain the central filing system
- Provide all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience working as an administrator or coordinator (construction industry experience is an asset)
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures
- Solid computer skills on programs such as, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Superior time management and multitasking skills
- Resourcefulness and flexibility
- Ability to effectively interpret and implement company policies and procedures
