We do many specialty lifts as well, from large generator enclosures, to transformers and heavy machinery lifts on & off trucks.

If you need an air conditioner hoisted onto the roof of a building or some trees or a hot tub lifted over a house we can do it.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team.

As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees and maintaining compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and implement safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Provide training to employees on safety procedures and best practices
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training sessions
Stay uptodate with industry standards and regulations related to workplace safety
Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of safety

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience working as a Safety Manager in a construction or industrial setting
Indepth knowledge of safety regulations and standards
Strong understanding of construction management software (e.g., Build)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to influence others to prioritize safety
Detailoriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions in highpressure situations
