    Description

    Arup Marketing and Proposal Specialist in Toronto

    • Coordinate research activities for long-term project leads
    • Support capture and pursuit plans for project pursuits
    • Assist in preparing materials for proposals
    • Coordinate bid team deadlines and proposal production
    • Collaborate with market leaders and project managers
    • Manage databases and support client care programs

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably English or Marketing
    • Four years' experience in proposal/marketing coordination
    • Strong collaboration skills and proactive attitude

    Other Skills:

    • Operate under tight deadlines
    • Organize and manage multiple deadlines
    • Technical documentation and layout skills
    • Creative thinking and writing skills
    • Experience with various computer applications
    • Local marketing organizations involvement a plus
    • Fully Bilingual (French, English) an asset
    • Travel flexibility and ability to work flexible hours
