Position Summary:


As part of the Global Supply Chain Solutions and Engagement Platform Center of Excellence, the Product Lead will lead a team of talented Solution Analysts to provide consulting and support services for the digital Supply Chain solutions used by Martin Brower's European, North American and Australia/New Zealand markets.


The Product Lead will manage business relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders to uphold the governance of current digital solutions, create and define new digital solutions or products, and to support the business requirements of all Global Martin Brower Supply Chain markets.


Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Solution Governance & Product/Program/Project Management

  • Lead Advanced Planning Solution (APS) solution implementations to support existing or new business requirements by gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, creating solution designs, and contributing to benefit realization.
  • Producing functional specification documents for data interfaces, authoring test cases and steps, supporting user acceptance testing, and coordinating golive activities.
  • Consult with Services Delivery Team and market Business Partners to ensure resources, demands and technologies are closely aligned with business needs, corporate standards, and policies.
  • Work with Senior Management to create and socialize product plans & roadmaps.
  • Partner with Blue Yonder (APS Vendor) to provide clear direction and specification to product development programs.
  • Organization of market focused

User Groups:
sharing of best practices, definition of needs, prioritization of changes.

  • Ensure COE practices, systems and tools are developed, maintained, and marketed to support current and future business requirements at an optimal 'total cost of ownership' for customers.
  • Ensure strong communication links and regular touch points with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and positive/collaborative relationships.
  • Mediate issues and resolve conflicts related to tasks, projects or schedules and escalate if needed
Operational Support Management

  • Assist Services Delivery Team with projects, functional support, and deployment plans.
  • Act as a second level (or higher) of support when major issues occur and be consulted, when necessary, by the Solution Analysts.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Leadership / Stakeholder management

  • Support Change Management, ensure appropriate plans are in place to drive changes efficiently in collaboration with the local Supply Chain Analysts and Business Partners.
  • Build and monitor individual development plans for the Solution Analysts and lead recruitment process when/if necessary.
  • Ensure the operations follow all Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)/Good Drivers Practices (GDP) for transport rules and regulations.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of related technical experience in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science or like discipline.
  • 5+ years of implementation experience in Blue Yonder (JDA, Blue Yonder) SCPO suite (or similar APS) of solutions like Demand360, Fulfillment, Inventory optimization or Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Luminate Demand Edge.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
  • Demonstrated business acumen in leading, implementing and/or transforming Supply Chain core business process
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building through cross functional alignment and delivery of initiatives
  • Proven track record to lead and implement responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a systematic way
  • Personable, team player with a collaborative approach, and ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
  • Ability to travel to international destinations if required (North America, Europe) on an ad hoc basis
