The Procurement, Contract and Risk Management Services (PCRMS) has overall ministry accountability for the strategic leadership, direction, and governance to support the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of the Ministry's procurement, contracting and risk management policy and practices, including coordination and management of claims and litigation for the ministry.
Job Requirements:
- Postsecondary education; training in contract, risk, insurance and securities management, strategies, policies and systems; or, an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Completion of the Canadian Insurance Program and/or Canadian Risk Management (CRM) or equivalent; or, hold a CRM and/or Risk/Insurance professional designation.
- Experience with risk or contract management, insurance, and securities requirements.
- Experience planning, analyzing and developing policy, directives, procedural or instructional documentation.
- Experience performing financial or risk analysis to resolve complex client issues.
- Experience communicating with a diverse range of officials, managers, individuals and others interpreting and explaining complicated concepts.
