We're looking for someone who loves keeping operations moving and enjoys helping customers. This is a hybrid role that connects the dots between our stockroom and customer support—so orders go out accurately, returns move smoothly, and customers get fast, clear updates without being bounced between departments.
A perfect mix of hands-on, administration and customer service, this role will suit someone who has an eye for detail, polished communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to turn logistics puzzles into win-win situations.
During your day-to-day; you'll be the go-to person who owns both stock movements and linked customer communication:

- Manage rubbish and recycling from deliveries and stockroom/office waste streams.
Returns & inventory coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end returns: receive, log, triage, and progress to the right outcome (restock/refurb/service/dispose).
- Support inventory movements and stock checks, ensuring records are accurate and teams stay aligned.
- Coordinate items moving through operational stages (including product moving out of C5 where applicable).
Customer support
- Own customer enquiries related to tracking, deliveries, delivery issues/exceptions, returns status/next steps, dispatch timing, and inventory/status queries.
- Liaise with freight partners/carriers to resolve delivery exceptions and keep customers informed.
- Maintain clear, accurate notes in relevant systems—so issues get resolved faster with fewer follow-ups.
- Assist the Sales and Service Departments with customer service and administration.
Your experiences in the following areas will set you up for success in this role:
- Experience in stockroom operations, logistics, dispatch, or a similar hands-on environment
- Confidence handling customer communication (email/phone) with a calm, solutions-first approach, resulting in a superior customer experience.
- Proficient administration and data entry skills, that takes a customer centric approach
- Strong attention to detail— you'll take pride in accuracy and value it's importance (orders, returns, and stock updates)
- Comfortable using various computer platforms/tools (ERP's, order platforms, courier portals, emails)
- A proactive mindset: you see what needs doing and thrive on getting the job done.
- Team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Bonus points if you have: experience with returns processes, courier claims, inventory control, or coordinating cross-team workflows.
A hands on role, you'll be physically fit to perform the practical requirements of the position and be comfortable manually lifting up to 20kg (44lbs).
